The team over at iFixit have been busy with the tools again, this time dismantling the new Dell Streak to reveal all its secrets.
The iFixit team found the Dell Streak a very easy device to tear down to its bare components and have discovered a Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon CPU powering the device. Together with cameras very similar in type to the ones used in the Apple iPhone 4.
Inside the Dell Streak
Upon opening the Dell Streak, the iFixit team was greeted with a well-organized internal layout. The Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon CPU, a powerful processor for its time, was a notable highlight. This CPU was known for its efficiency and performance, making the Dell Streak a competitive device in the market. Additionally, the device featured a 5-inch display, which was quite large for smartphones during its release period, providing users with a more immersive viewing experience.
The cameras found within the Dell Streak were also of particular interest.
