We have been hearing about Dell’s first smartphone for some time now, finally Dell have released the specifications on the Dell Mini 3 Smartphone.
The Dell Mini 3 will go on sale in China shortly, it is a Quadband GSM/EDGE mobile phone, which measures 58.35, s 122, 11.7mm and weighs 105g, and it features a 3.5 inch nHD touchscreen display with a resolution of 640 x 360.
The Mini 3i runs China Mobile’s flexible OPhone open source platform, and includes the latest in popular entertainment including pre-loaded 139Mail e-mail, Fetion chat and digital maps for navigation. A large 3.5-inch widescreen creates a big-screen experience, making photos and videos bigger and more intense. The Mini 3i is also compatible with a range of consumer applications, e-mail platforms, and office productivity software.
Other features on the Dell Mini 3 include Bluetooth, GPS, a mini USB connector, and a microSD card slot which can take microSD cards up to 32GB.
On top of that there is a 3 megapixel camera with built in digital zoom, auto-focus, flash, and video capture and photo editing capabilities.
There are still no details on when we are likely to see the Dell Mini 3 arrive in the US and Europe.
