If the new design for the Apple Watch didn’t light your fire, you might be interested in a new smartwatch called Com1 which has been designed to run Google’s Android Wear operating system.
With a wealth of new smartwatches unveiled earlier this month during IFA 2014 and last week during Apple’s press conference the smartwatch market is becoming more and more crowded. The Com1 smartwatch is fitted with a 1.6 inch AMOLED display offering a resolution of 320 x 320 resolution and provides connectivity via Bluetooth 4.0 + EDR (BLE Compliant) and WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n at 2.4/5 GHz). Included apps and features :

The Com1 Android Wear smartwatch is powered by a 1GHz XBurst-based Ingenic JZ4775 processor supported by 256KB L2 cache RAM and 256KB L2 cache RAM, with 4GB of eMMC Ram installed for app and media. Its creators explain a little more :

The Com1 is also fitted with a 3-axis gyroscope, accelerometer, magnetometer, Pedometer, GPS, Heart Rate Sensor and can measure Pressure, Humidity and Temperature.
