Panic Software has announced that a new version of its great coding program for Mac will be arriving on May 24th. Together with a cut down version called Diet Coda which has been created to run on Apple’s iPad tablet, and takes advantage of the new iPad’s retina display.
Coda 2 is packed with over one hundred new features and includes an code editor, CSS editor, MySQL editor and terminal and file access all under one roof. As well as a completely redesigned user interface, to make coding even more of a pleasure.

The new apps will be available to purchase on Mat 24th with Diet Coda being priced at $9.99 and Coda 2 available as an upgrade for existing users of Coda, unless you purchased Coda within the last month. If you did you can a free upgrade to version two.
