Back in May of this year the Next Thing Co. launched a Kickstarter campaign to launch their new single board mini PC called the CHIP priced at just $9.
Now as expected the pocket sized mini PC has now started shipping to backers and provides a small development board that is equipped with a 1GHz R8 ARM processor supported by 512MB of RAM together with 4GB of NAND storage.
Together with connectivity provided by both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi all for $9. Dave Rauchwerk, Next Thing Co. CEO explains more in the video below :
