After first being unveiled back in October 2017 without any release date or pricing, Casio has now made available their new G-Shock G-Steel GSTB100X-1A connected watch, announcing its now possible to purchase priced at $700. The shock resistant Casio watch features a carbon fibre bezel and is water resistant down to a depth of 200 m. Equipped with solar panels in the form of Casio’s Tough technology combined with Casio’s power saving tech the connected watch is capable of offering users a stable power supply that can be supplemented by sunlight.
The smartwatch is also equipped with Bluetooth connectivity allowing you to make a mobile link to your smartphone to download the correct time from the Internet, for accurate timekeeping wherever you may be located in the world.
