Canon has added five to its line of portable projectors for mobile business users and education use. The new projectors all use LCD technology inside and have reasonable prices. They are all very similar on features too with the only real differences being brightness and resolution.
The new line of printers includes the LV-8225, LV-7490, LV-7390, LV-7295 and LV-7290. The projectors all have an auto setup function that will choose the correct input and adjust the vertical keystone for a nice image with the press of a single button. The have a lamp life of up to 6000 hours in quiet mode and the air filter is good for up to 5500 hours in Eco mode.
They all have a 1.2x zoom lens and use manual focus and zoom. The line also has inputs for a computer, video, and audio. The 8225 is a 1280 x 800 resolution projector with 2500 lumens selling for $799. The 7490 has 1024 x 768 resolution, 4000 lumens, and sells for $1099. The 7390, 7295, and 7290 projectors have XGA resolution with 3000, 2600, and 2200 lumens with prices of $799, $699, and $599 respectively.
