LG has announced that the LG Optimus G Pro will launch in the US on the 10th of May, the handset will be available exclusively through US mobile carrier AT&T and it will retail for $199.99 when you sign up to a new two year contract with the carrier.
The AT&T LG Optimus G Pro will come with a 5.5 inch full HD IPS Display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, processing comes in the form of a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.7GHz, the device will also come with 2GB of RAM.
“The LG Optimus G Pro gives AT&T customers the ability to create and share rich content easily,” said Jeff Bradley, senior vice president – Devices, AT&T. “There’s no better place to experience that content than exclusively on our 4G LTE network, the nation’s fastest.”
Other specifications on the LG Optimus G Pro include front and rear facing cameras, on the front of the device we have a 2.1 megapixel camera for video calls, on the back we have a 13 megapixel camera.
The LG Optimus G Pro will go up for pre-order this Friday the 3rd of May form AT&T, the handset will launch on AT&T the following Friday the 10th of May, you can find out more details over at AT&T.
