The Android powered Pantech Vega X smartphone has just been launched by Pantech and will arrive in South Korea later this week via KT and LG Telecom.
The new smartphone runs Android 2.2 on a 1GHz Snapdragon MSM8255 processor and is equipped with a 4 inch WVGA touchscreen display, 5 megapixel auto focus camera and maybe 512mb of DDR2 memory. Yet this is still to be confirmed.
Pantech says the upgraded DDR 2 memory will add approximately 1.5 times the speed to their new smartphone compared to competitor devices fitted with only DDR 1 memory.
Its also fitted with 8GB of internal memory, supports of SD Cards up to 32GB Max, 1500mAh battery and is available in either Black, Pink and Gold Brown and weights 119.9g and measures 120.5×62.8×10.9 mm
