Allwinner has unveiled a new addition to their range of development boards this week with the launch of the Allwinner Nobel64 which is equipped with a quad core 64-bit ARM processor.
The quad core processor on the 64-bit development board is supported by 2GB of RAM and includes a 16GB of internal storage together with a variety of connections that include Video / Audio Output – HDMI 1.4 + AV port and 2x USB 2.0 host ports.
For those developers waiting for a 64-bit development board the new Allwinner Nobel64 provides a number of features and its processor is expected to be based on Cortex A53 cores.
Together with connectivity provided by dual band wireless, Bluetooth 4.0 and Gigabit Ethernet together with a camera connector, two expansion headers, all on a development board that measures suggest 118 x 70 mm in size.
Allwinner, explains that the new Nobel64 64-bit board has been specifically designed for developers looking to create tablets, notebooks, set-top-boxes, digital signage systems, or other systems that use the upcoming H64 processor.
