Earlier this month we saw details leaked on the new Acer Iconia W3 Windows 8 tablet, and now it appears that the device has turned up at the FCC, which could mean we are getting closer to an official announcement from Acer on the device.
The Acer Iconia W3 will come with an 8.1 inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, and it looks like we now have some details on the processor which will be a dual core Intel Atom Z2760 processor with a clock speed of 1.8GHz.
Other specifications on the Iconia W3 include 2GB of RAM and 32GB of built in storage, the device will also come with a 2 megapixel front facing camera and a 2 megapixel rear facing camera.
The Acer Iconia W3 will also feature 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and a 3,500 mAh battery, as soon as we get some more details on pricing and an actual launch date for the device we will let you guys know.
