After Google dropped the price of their Google Nexus 4 smartphone last week by $100, its now not surprisingly showing that the Google Nexus 4 8GB is sold out via the Google Play Store within the US.
However if you are looking to get your hands on a Google Nexus 4 smartphone the 16GB is still currently available to purchase for $249 but you had better be quick if you would like to bag one as stocks will probably not last long either.
The 8GB Google Nexus 4 may remain on the Google Play Store in other countries while stocks last and the clear out of inventory by Google is in preparation for the launch of the next Google Nexus smartphone which is expected to arrive next month, sometime around the 31st October rumours suggest.
To re-cap the Google Nexus 4 smartphone is fitted with a 4.7 inch HD display that offers a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels, with power provided by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with a clock speed of 1.5GHz supported by 2GB of RAM and a choice of 8GB or 16GB of built in storage. The Nexus 4 also features an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, it comes supplied running Google’s latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
