It looks like Acer has another addition to their popular Aspire One range of netbooks, a new model with an 11.6 inch screen.
This new Acer Aspire One, has a larger screen the current models, and will be capable of a 1366 x 768 resolution, processing will come from an Intel Atom Z530 processor, and it will also have a more advanced graphics processor than current models, which will be capable of H.264 decoding.
It looks like this new model will also have a better battery life than existing Aspire One’s with 4 hours on a standard battery and up to 8 hours on an extended battery.
As usual there are no details on when we will see this new Acer Aspire One in the shops, or on pricing, but if Acer keep up with current strategy and price this new model as competitively as their existing ones it could end up being one of the most popular netbooks.
