HTC Desire U Announced In Taiwan

HTC has added another Android smartphone to their range, the HTC Desire U which will be available in Taiwan, and will come with a 4 inch display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.

The HTC Desire U is powered by a 1GHz processor and comes with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of built in storage, there is also a microSD card slot for expansion and it comes with a 1,650 mAh batttery.

The Desire U features a 5 megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and auto focus, plus Android and HTC Sense, although which version of Android it will come with was not revealed.

Other specifications on the HTC Desire U include 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, and a microUSB port, it will retail for the equivalent of $275 in Taiwan, SIM free.
