The ZTE Grand S II was announced back at CES in January, the device was originally launching with 2GB of RAM, although we heard a rumor last week that it may come with 4GB at launch.
The ZTE Grand S II has now launched in China, and the handset comes with the 2GB of RAM that was originally announced back at CES.
Other specifications on the ZTE Grans S II include a 5.5 inch full high definition display that has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the device is powered by a quad core 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, when it was announced it was supposed to come with a Snapdragon 800 processor.
The ZTE Grand S II also comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front facing camera, the device also comes with 16GB of built in storage.
ZTE will also launch an exclusive version of the ZTE Grand S II, this model will come with 3GB of RAM and 32gB of built in storage.
The ZTE Grand S II will retail for the equivalent of $274 in China, the Exclusive Edition of the handset will retail for $403, as yet there are no details on when the handset will launch outside China.
