Earlier today, we saw a rumor hinting at the possible launch of the all new HTC One on Verizon, and look what we have here now.
Verizon has sign board in its retail stores hinting at the possible launch of the new flagship device, the all new HTC One, on March 25th. The board says, “Get ready to hit refresh” along with the date and time, that is, March 25th 1PM ET.
There’s an interesting thing to note in the teaser. It’s designed in a similar way as the alleged flip covers @evleaks posted a few weeks back with dotted text. As I’ve said before, the rumors have gone too far this time, even the companies teasing the handset have made it just another launch event. Anyway, here’s an image of the sign board.
We know what we’ll see on March 25th, but can there be any surprises we don’t know about? I’m not so sure, but here’s what you can expect from the all new HTC One: a 5-inch 1080 screen, a quad-core Snapdragon 801 chipset, 2GB of RAM, dual-cameras with UltraPixels, 5MP front-facing camera, a 2,600 mAh battery (What?) and should come with Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Sense 6.0.
We’ll update you as soon as the not-so-secret HTC One gets official. For those of you who want to catch the event live, you be glad to find out that HTC will live stream the event on their website.
