During Gamescon 2014 this week Epic Games have announced they have made available an early alpha development phase version of their highly anticipated Unreal Tournament 2014 multiplayer game available to download and play.
Epic Games in cooperation with the Unreal Engine 4 community who has created the early alpha version of the Unreal Tournament 2014 for fans to play. After it was initially first unveiled and teased back in May of this year.
But be aware the Unreal Tournament 2014 release files are “Pre-Alpha Prototype Builds”and are really for only early testing. The Unreal Engine 4 community reads:
“These are unofficial fan builds doing it in their own time. These builds are not meant for mass consumption, but for feedback only. If you do not intend to provide feedback, please look elsewhere for entertainment.
This is NOT official. Seriously. You news sites who are misreporting need to do some journalism, things might be better with standards. These are PRE-ALPHA Prototype Builds. Seriously. Super early testing. So early it’s technically not even pre alpha, it’s debug code! Pre Test Alpha. All placeholder Content. Unfinished. Seriously.”
If you are still interested in downloading the early pre-alpha team files onto your window system then jump over to the Unreal Engine 4 community website for download links.
