The new Google Nexus 6 recently appeared on the UK Google Play Store, although the device is listed, it is not available to pre-order as yet, and now we have some details on when the orders for the handset will open in the UK.
Google will start taking pre-orders on the Google Nexus 6 smartphone in the UK from next Tuesday the 18th of November, the device will also be available to pre-order from other retailers at the same time.
The Google Nexus 6 is the first smartphone to launch with Android 5.0 Lollipop, and the device comes with a 5.96 inch Quad HD display that has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
Other specifications on the Nexus 6 include a quad core 2.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and an Adreno 420 GPU, the device also comes with 3GB of RAM.
For storage, the Nexus 6 comes with a choice of either 32GB or 64GB of included storage, the device also comes with front and rear facing cameras.
On the front of the Google Nexus 6 is a 2 megapixel camera for video calls and selfies, on the back of the handset there is a 13 megapixel camera.
The handset also comes with 4G LTE, WiFi and Bluetooth, and it features a 3220 mAh battery, the 32GB model will be available for £499 in the UK, and the 64GB model will be available for £549 when they go up for pre-order next week.
