Tag Heuer have announced their latest smartwatch, the Tag Heuer Connected Modular 41, which is apparently a smaller version of their Connected Modular 45.
The new Tag Heuer Connected Modular 41 smartwatch measures 41mm in diameter and it will be available in a choice of seven different models and a choice of nine different strap options. This variety allows users to customize their smartwatch to fit their personal style and preferences, making it not just a piece of technology but also a fashion statement.
Enhanced Display and Performance
As well as being smaller than the previous model, this new smartwatch does get some upgrades. It comes with a display that has a resolution of 390 x 390 pixels and 326 pixels per inch. This high-resolution display ensures that the watch face is clear and easy to read, even in bright sunlight. The improved pixel density provides a sharper and more vibrant display, enhancing the overall user experience.
The Connected Modular 41 comes with 8GB of storage built-in, which is double the storage capacity of many other smartwatches on the market. This ample storage allows users to download and store more apps, music, and other data directly on their smartwatch. Additionally, there is 1GB of RAM, which ensures smooth performance and quick responsiveness when navigating through apps and features.
Advanced Features and Durability
The Tag Heuer Connected Modular 41 is equipped with NFC and Android Pay, allowing users to make contactless payments directly from their wrist. This feature adds a layer of convenience for those who prefer to leave their wallets at home. The inclusion of GPS is another significant upgrade, making it easier for users to track their outdoor activities such as running, cycling, or hiking without needing to carry their smartphones.
One of the standout features of the Connected Modular 41 is its water resistance. The device is waterproof up to a depth of 50 meters, making it suitable for swimming and other water-related activities. This level of water resistance ensures that the smartwatch can withstand the rigors of daily use, whether you’re caught in the rain or taking a dip in the pool.
The new smartwatch will apparently retail for £1,200 when it goes on sale. While this price point places it in the luxury category, the combination of advanced technology, customizable options, and the prestige of the Tag Heuer brand makes it a compelling choice for those looking for a high-end smartwatch.
The Tag Heuer Connected Modular 41 offers a blend of style, functionality, and durability. With its smaller size, enhanced display, increased storage, and advanced features like NFC, Android Pay, and GPS, it stands out as a premium option in the smartwatch market. Whether you’re a tech enthusiast or a fashion-forward individual, this smartwatch is designed to meet a variety of needs and preferences.
