Sony unveiled their latest flagship device, the Sony Xperia Z2, at the Mobile World Congress last month. The handset is expected to go on sale globally in mid-April, with a few markets getting it a little earlier, including Japan.
According to a new report, Sony will launch a deluxe edition of the Sony Xperia Z2 in China, alongside the standard version which will hit retail at the same time.
The deluxe edition of the Sony Xperia Z2 is bundled with a bunch of accessories, including DK36 Magnetic Charging Dock, a STM10 Stereo Microphone, a MDR-NC31EM Digital Noise Cancelling Headset, and a SCR10 Style Cover Stand. There’s no word if it there will be any other difference between the deluxe edition of the handset or if it will hit other global markets as well.
The Sony Xperia Z2 Deluxe Edition will cost 5,499 CNY (almost $884) while the normal Xperia costs 4,999 CNY (almost $800) in China. The handset should see the light of the day on March 27th in China, with sales beginning shortly after it.
Are you going to get your hands on the Deluxe edition or you’re happy with the standard Xperia Z2?
