Sony launched their Xperia M2 smartphone at Mobile World Congress last year, and now it looks like we may see its successor at MWC 2015 next month, the Sony Xperia M3.
Anew Sony Xperia smartphone has turned up in the GFXBench and the device is rumored to be the new Sony Xperia M3.
The benchmarks show that the Sony Xperia M3 will come with a 4.6 inch display with a qHD resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, and the handset will be powered by a quad core MedtiaTek MT6752 processor clocked at 1.5GHz.
Other specifications in the Sony M3 include 1GB of RAM and a Malti-T760 GPU, the device will also come with 8GB of included storage.
The Sony Xperia M3 will come with Android 4.4.4 KitKat and the device will feature front and rear facing cameras.
The front camera on the new Xperia M3 is said to be a 2 megapixel version and the rear camera is said to be a 5 megapixel version, the device will also come with WiFi and Bluetooth.
We should have more details on the new Xperia M3 smartphone when it is made official next month, along with Sony’s new flagship the Sony Xperia Z4 and should have some more Sony Xperia M3 specifications.
