The Samsung Galaxy S5 is expected to be made official in January of next year, the handset is rumored to go on sale in February, and now it looks like we may have some more details on the handset.
According to a recent report the Samsung Galaxy S5 will feature a 5 inch AMOLED display that will come with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels at 560 pixels per inch.
The handset is also rumored to come with some other high end specifications, which will include a new 64-bit mobile processor, which is rumored to go into production before the end of the year.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 is also rumored to be one of the first devices to feature 4GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, which was launched earlier in the year, comes with 3GB of RAM.
We also heard recently that Samsung will launch their new ISOCELL camera technology in the Samsung Galaxy S5, the handset is said to feature a 16 megapixel ISOCELL camera.
From what we have heard so far, the Samsung Galaxy S5 is going to be a very interesting smartphone, and Samsung are obviously looking to pack the device with as much of their latest technology as possible.
