With the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S5, it’s pretty obvious that it’s predecessor will see price cuts in different regions, especially before the Samsung Galaxy S5 hits retail.
If you’re residing in India, you be glad to find out that the price of the Samsung Galaxy S4 has been slashed to Rs. 30,000 (almost $480) at various e-commerce sites in the country.
Previously, the handset was priced at Rs. 41,000 and it seems the company wants to clear out the inventory before it’s successor hits retail in India. As far as the price is concerned, it might be a difficult task to find a high-end device with a similar price tag, especially what the handset has to offer.
For those who needs a refresher or can’t recall what the Samsung Galaxy S4 comes with, it rocks a 5-inch display with a 1080p resolution, Exynos 5 Octa SoC, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage with a microSD slot, 13MP camera, a 2,600 mAh battery and runs android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, but the good news is; the handset is getting the Android 4.4 KitKat as well.
