With the unveiling and launch of the new Raspberry Pi Model B+ single board mini PC yesterday, which refines the design, technology and components used to create the original Raspberry Pi Model B computer.
If you have been wondering what the main difference are a great seven minute video has been created that compares the new Raspberry Pi Model B+ features with that of the older Raspberry Pi Model B in detail. Check it out after the jump.
The Raspberry Pi Model B+ is more an evolution of the original Raspberry Pi rather than a next generation mini PC and is equipped with the same BCM2835 processor as well as 512MB RAM.
However the new Raspberry Pi does include 4 x USB 2.0 ports and the GPIO header has grown to 40 pins, while retaining the same pinout for the first 26 pins as the Model B. The new Raspberry Pi Model B+ mini PC is also priced at exactly the same $35 as the original and provides users with a more refined and slimline version to enjoy.
