Raspberry Pi enthusiasts interested in the Pi-Top Raspberry Pi 3D printed laptop project, may be interested to learn that it has now launched over on the Indiegogo crowd funding website with an aim to raise $80,000.
The Pi-Top is a laptop kit based on the awesome Raspberry Pi mini PC and provides you with everything you need to build your very own laptop complete with a 13.3 inch HD screen.
As well as the injection moulded outer casing as a backer you will also receive the 3D printed technical drawings that will allow you to 3D print your own Raspberry Pi laptop case. On any desktop 3D printer currently available that has a print bed measuring 5″ x 5″ or larger in size. Its creators explain :
