After first announcing the Philips 436M6VBPAB Console Monitor received DisplayHDR 1000 Certification back in May 2018, the hardware manufacturer has wasted no time bringing the 43 inch DisplayHDR 1000 monitor to consumers and has today confirmed it is now available to purchase priced at $999.
PC gamers with powerful rigs can now benefit from the 1000 nits peak brightness and 3840 x 2160 60Hz resolution offered by the huge Philips Momentum Quantum Dot Monitor reference 436M6VBPAB. Which also features 178-degree viewing angles 4ms grey-to-grey response time and a contrast ratio of 4000:1. Philips explains the combination of DisplayHDR 1000 and Quantum Dot Colour offers owners “a wider range of more accurate colours range – especially dark reds and greens – that stay crisp and clear even in bright light.”
Connectivity on the new Philips Momentum DisplayHDR 1000 monitor include 1 x HDMI 2.0 port, 1 x DisplayPort 1.2 port, and a mini DisplayPort 1.2 port as well as a USB Type-C connection and 2 x USB 3.0 ports.
