Philips has shown off a new range of 4K TVs at this years IFA, one of those is a new Philips Ambilux 4K TV which has some built in pico projectors on the back of the TV.
The tiny projectors on the rear of the TV are used to project on the wall behind your TV, the idea is that this created a more immersive TV experience, have a look at the video below of the TV in action.
This certainly looks very interesting from the video, the projections behind the TV are designed to fill up the room with color and images of what you are seeing on the TVs display.
The Philips Ambilux 4K TV is powered by Google’s Android OS, as yet there are no details on pricing or a release date, as soon as we get some more information, we will let you guys know.
