Considering that the OnePlus One smartphone has only been available on an invite only basis, it looks like the company has done rather well with their first smartphone.
The company’s Co-founder Carl Pei recently spoke to Forbes, and revealed some details on how many handsets they have sold to date, over 500,000 units of the OnePlus One.
The company recently put the device up for pre-order for one hour, although there were a few issues with the system, so they will be offering it up for pre-order again this month.
Carl Pei also told Forbes that the company is looking to hit a total of 1 million OnePlus one smartphones sold before the end of 2014, whether this can be achieved of not, remains to be seen.
The OnePlus One will go up for pre-order again on the 17th of November, and it will be interesting to see if this latest round of pre-orders helps the company reach their target of 1 million units before the end of the year.Filed Under: Android News, Mobile Phone News, Top News
