OCZ has today unveiled a number of new products at Storage Visions 2012. Including mini-PCIe entry along with enterprise storage solutions, Z-Drive R5 PCIe SSD, the Z-5, together with a their new consumer Thunderbolt OCZ LightFoot external SSD drive which will be available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.
With transfer speeds of up to 750 MB/s using Intel’s Thunderbolt interface. Allowing you to connect it directly to the latest Mac system and a number of PC mother boards providing a huge increase over transfer speeds when compared to USB 2.0.
Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated as always.
