Barnes and Noble have today announced the launch of a new Nook GlowLight e-reader which they have now redesigned to be lighter, brighter and now available in white.
The new enhanced version of the Nook GlowLight e-reader is a complete redesign of the original building on the technology and e-ink screen. Offering users 4GB of onboard storage offering storage for around 2,000 more books than the previous device.
Together with lighter design being 15 percent lighter, weighing only 6.2 ounces compared with the 7.3 ounce Barnes and Noble Paperwhite and its predecessor which weighed 7 ounces.
The new Barnes and Noble Nook GlowLight device is also offers a higher resolution screen than before and a new brighter front light which allows user to enjoy reading even in low light conditions for just $119.
The new design of the latest Nook GlowLight includes a rubber bumper around its edge to protect it from knocks and bumps. The new Barnes and Noble Nook GlowLight is available to purchase from today and is available only in white with Barnes and Noble dropping the black finish.
