We have been hearing a number of rumors about the new Nokia 9 smartphone, now it would appear that the handset could launch in the US.
It was revealed by HMD recently that they would not be launching the Nokia 8 in the US and now it looks like the company is planning to launch the Nokia 9 in the US instead.
There have been various rumors about the specifications on the new Nokia 9, these include a rumored Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and either 6GB or 8GB or RAM. The handset is also expected to have 128GB of included storage.
Other rumored specifications in the handset include a fingerprint scanner and an iris scanner for security. The device is expected to feature an IP68 rating. The handset may launch with the latest version of Googe’s mobile OS, Android 8.0 Oreo, although this has yet to be confirmed.
Since HDM started producing the Nokia Android devices they have become popular and the launch of the Nokia 9 in the US could help the company increase the popularity of its devices in the US.
