As soon as more information is made available and new details are released for the new PUBG desert map we will keep you up-to-date as always. If you haven’t already enjoyed the Battle Royale gameplay from PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds where players battle against each other until only one is left standing, now might be a good time before the new map is released. PUBG Will also soon be available on the Xbox One via its Xbox Game Preview program.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds was first released for PCs via Steam’s early access beta program back in March 2017. It has already sold over twenty million copies and held a peak concurrent player count of over two million, making it the most played game on Steam. A full release out of early access is planned for later this month on December 20th, 2017 around the same time the game will become available on the Xbox One platform.
Battlegrounds is a player versus player (PvP) action game in which up to one hundred players fight in a battle royale, a type of large-scale last man standing deathmatch where players fight to remain the last alive. Players can choose to enter the match solo, or with a small team of up to four people. In either case, the last person or team left alive wins the match.
