Earlier in the week we showed you some photos of the new NEC Medias, which is being dubbed the worlds thinnest Android smartphone, it has just been officially announced in Japan.
The NEC Medis measures just 7.7mm thick, and it features a 4 inch LCD touchscreen display with Gorilla Glass and a 480 x 54 pixel resolution, plus it comes with Android 2.2 Froyo.
The NEC Media features a 5 megapixel amera, a 1Seg digital TV tuner, and e-wallet function, and a microSDHC cardslot, it will be available in Japan on the 15th of March with Japan’s NTT Docomo.
