It looks like the new NEC Medias might just be the worlds thinnest Android smartphone, measuring just 7.7mm thick, and it will come with Android 2.2 Froyo and a four inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels.
Other specifications on the NEC Medias include an 800MHz processor, plus a 5.1 megapixel camera and a built in digital TV tuner.
The NEC Medias will be available in Japan shortly, we wonder how long it will be able to hold the title of the ‘worlds thinnest Android smartphone’.
