Moog has unveiled a new retro inspired semi-modular analogue synthesizer which takes the form of the Grandmother and is priced at $899. Designed to be a stand-alone system or connected to other sound making devices such as Moog’s Mother-32. The new modular synthesiser has been inspired by electronic instruments and is equipped with a built-in arpeggiator, sequencer and spring reverb tank based on the Moog 905.

The new synthesiser will be officially launched and showcased at this year’s Moogfest 2018 which takes place from May 17 – 20th in Durham, NC.
