Microsoft has launched their Xbox Video for the web, and if you use the service on the Xbox One or a Windows 8.1 device you will be able to access your content on other devices.
As TechCrunch points out there is no HD video as yet, this is something Microsoft is expected to add to Xbox Video for the web in the future.
Microsoft will also be releasing a version of Xbox Video for their Windows Phone platform, although according to The Verge, the Windows Phone version will also not feature HD video playback.
The HD video playback is only available on the Xbox One or on Windows 8.1 at the moment, hopefully this will be added to the web version and the Windows Phone version in the near future,
The Windows Phone version of Xbox Video was expected to launch at the same time as the web version, it is not available yet, and is expected to launch shortly.
As soon as we get some more information on when Microsoft’s Xbox Video will launch on their Windows Phone platform, we will let you guys know.
