A new screenshot has this week posted on the Reddit website this week which reveals that Microsoft has developed a new automated self-service refund system for both Xbox One and Windows 10 platforms.
Allowing those customers that have purchased digital products but are not happy to request a refund automatically for products such as games and applications which have been purchased within the last 14 days and have less than two hours of playtime across all accounts.
Unfortunately, as you might have already guessed DLC, season passes and add-ons are not eligible for refunds, but the new system does sound promising if you purchase a game only to find out that it’s not quite what you expected.
Microsoft has yet to officially announce the new self-service refunds for Xbox One and Windows 10 officially from its main websites but assumes more details are made available we will keep you up-to-date as always.
