MicroMax is very popular Android manufacturer, who’s selling devices in India and gained a lot of fame thanks to their affordable handsets.
Now, there’s some good news for those users who are using a Micromax Canvas handset. The OEM is reportedly working on the Android 4.4 KitKat update, which is expected to roll out in the near future.
The news came from MMNewsCaster, a reputed source of leaks when it comes to Micromax mobiles, claim the company is working on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat update for a bunch of handsets in the Canvas series, including the high-end ones as well as the budget phones. The leaker didn’t mention any exact availability date, but it is expected to hit the devices in the near future if the company is working on the update.
According to MMXNewscaster, Micromax is working on Android 4.4 KitKat updates for the following smartphones: Micromax A110 Canvas 2, Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus, Micromax A111 Canvas Doodle, Micromax A116 Canvas HD, Micromax A117 Canvas Magnus, Micromax A116i Canvas HD, Micromax A210 Canvas 4, Micromax A114 Canvas 2.2, Micromax A240 Canvas Doodle 2 and Micromax A250 Canvas Turbo.
