Maingear has this week launched a new addition to their range of quad core mini PCs in the form of the new Maingear Spark which has been created to provide owners with an ultra small form factor gaming PC.
The Maingear Spark is powered by AMD A8-5557M quad-core processor supported by Radeon R9 M275X graphics and 4GB of RAM at the base level, but can be upgraded to hold a massive 16GB of RAM.
As far as storage goes Maingear offers a number of options for users to choose from starting from a 500 GB hard drive with the ability to upgrade to 1TB Seagate SSHD 5400rpm Hybrid SATA, or install solid state disk (SSD) storage if desired, together with an optional secondary mSATA SSD to complete your system.
Other features of the quad core mini PC system include On-board 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, Realtek ALC269- 7.1 Channel High Definition surround sound, and a Gigabit Ethernet connection.
