LG is rolling out a new update that will and able HomeKit and Apple AirPlay 2 support on its 2019 TVs enabling owners to play content directly from their Apple devices and control their TV and connected smart devices with voice control using Apple’s Siri personal assistant.
The LG update will start rolling out tomorrow on its 2019 AI TV lineup, making LG the first global TV manufacturer to support HomeKit and will support 2019 LG OLED TVs, NanoCell TVs and UHD TVs with ThinQ AI capability in more than 140 countries starting this week.
