Kodak has this week announced an agreement with technology solutions provider, Smart International, to expand into 3D printing offering a new range of professional desktop 3D printers and accompanying range of 3D printing filament. The Kodak Portrait 3D printer is equipped with a dual extruder and offers makers a build volume of 200 x 200 x 250 mm, together with auto calibration, auto levelling print bed a camera for monitoring your 3D prints during production and easily swappable hot ends. Other features include an automatic nozzle wiper and end-of-filament sensor with optional continuation from the second extruder, explains Kodak.
