Amazon has announced that their new Kindle Fire HD tablet and Kindle Paperwhite e-reader will launch on the UK on the 25th of October, and both devices have now gone up for pre-order in the UK.
As well as the UK, both devices will also be made available in other European countries, which include Germany, Spain, France and Italy, there will be two different models of each device available in Europe.
The Kindle Fire HD, which features a 7 inch HD display will be available with a choice of either 16GB or 32GB of storage, the 16GB model will retail for £159 and the 32GB model will retail for £199.
There are two versions of the Kindle Paperwhite, one with a WiFi only connection, this version will retail for £109 and the other model also comes with a 3G connection, this version will retail for 169.
Both the new Kindle Fire HD and the Kindle Paperwhite are now available to pre-order and they will go on sale on the 25th of October, you can find out more details over at Amazon.
