Apple recently released their seventh beta of iOS 11.2.5, this is thought to be the final GM version and now we have some videos of iOS 11.2.5 Beta 7 vs iOS 11.2.2.
In the new iOS 11.2.5 Beta 7 vs iOS 11.2.2 videos we get to see the final beta version of iOS 11.2.5 put up against the current release, iOS 11.2.2.. The software is tested on a number of different iPhones, this included the iPhone 5S, the iPhone 6, iPhone 6S, iPhone 7 and iPhone 8. First up is the iPhone 5S.
As we can see from the video the iPhone 5S running the iOS 11.2.5 beta boots up slightly faster than the handset running iOS 11.2.2. The handset running the new beta also appears to be faster in some of the apps. Next up is the iPhone 6.
With the iPhone 6 the handset running the current iOS 11.2.2 software booted up faster than the device running the new beta. The two handsets seem to be about the same in the apps. Next up is the iPhone 6S.
As we can see from the video the iPhone 6S running the iOS 12.2.5 Beta 7 booted up faster than the handset running the iOS 11.2.2. There does not appear to be any major speed differences between the two, next up is the iPhone 7.
With the iPhone 7 the device running the iOS 11.2.2 software booted up slightly faster than the handset running the new beta. There is not much difference between the two in the apps. Finally we have the iPhone 8.
As we can see from the video the iPhone 8 running the iOS 11.2.5 beta 7 booted up a split second faster than the iPhone 8 running the current iOS 11.2.2 release. There are no major differences in the two devices whilst running apps.
There do not appear to be any major speed improvements in the iOS 11.2.5 beta 7 over the current iOS 11.2.2 released. We are expetcing Apple to release the iOS 11.2.5 software update some time this week, as soon as we get some more details, we will let you guys know.
