Innotrends has this week unveiled their new CA-Fi Android in car entertainment system which is powered by a Freescale Cartex A8 i.MX5x processor supported by up to 512MB RAM together with a 6.2 inch 800 x 480 touchscreen and of course Android. In the form of Android 2.2 (Froyo Ca-Fi 620800) or Android 2.3 (Gingerbread Ca-Fi 701200) depending on the model you choose.
Android provides the Innotrends Ca-Fi System with GPS Navigation, Free-Hand-Calling, 3G internet plus and access to the Android Market with over 250,000 applications currently available. As well as USB ports, a DVD player, two slots for MicroSD cards
The Ca-Fi System is easy to install and fits almost all cars with double DIN slot, for a full list of compatible cars with double DIN slots jump over to the Ca-Fi website. Theres currently no word on pricing but the Innotrends Ca-Fi system will be arriving sometime during Spring 2012.
