Nikon has now updated their website with a new version of their Nikon D3100 DSLR camera now finished in red. So if the thought of having to purchase yet another black DSLR camera or gadget fills you with dread, Nikon have now come to your rescue with this lovely red D3100 to choose from.
Apart from the colour, the specifications for the red D3100 remains the same as the existing black model. With a 14.2MP DX-format CMOS and capable of capturing Full HD 1080p movies at a cinematic 24 frames per second (fps) complete with H.264 compression.
On the rear of the camera is a 3in, 230k-dot LCD screen, together with standard ISO sensitivities ranging from 100 to 3,200 equivalents, with the ability to extend this range as high as ISO 12,800 if needed
