AT&T officially announced their version of the HTC ChaCha, which is called the HTC Status recently, and now it looks like it will go on sale in the US with AT&T from the 17th of July.
The HTC Status comes with a 2.6 inch touch screen display with a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels, processing is provided by an 800MHz processor and there is a five megapixel camera on the back with auto-focus and a VGA camera on the front.
The Status features Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and it also comes with a full Qwerty keyboard, plus a 1250mAh battery, and a built in Facebook button, which can be used to share content with your Facebook friends.
