We have previously heard rumors that the HTC One Max will be announced at a press event around the middle of October, and now HTC has sent out press invites for the event.
HTC has now sent out invites to a press event which will take place in Hong Kong on the 16th of October, and it looks like the HTC One Max will be announced.
The HTC One Max is rumored to be a larger screen version of the HTC One, the handset will feature a 5.9 inch full HD display that will have a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The HTC One Max will be powered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and will also be equipped with 2GB of RAM, the device is expected to feature 16GB of built in storage.
It would appear that the HTC One Max will come with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, the device is rumored to feature a fingerprint sensor on the back and will also come with a 3,300 mAh battery.
There have not been many details on what camera the HTC One Max will use, although the device is expected to feature the same Ultrapixel camera that is found in the HTC One.
We should have full details on the new HTC One Max next week, including full specifications and some more photos of the handset, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
