The HTC One M9+ is expected to be unveiled at a HTC Press event in China on the 8th of April and now it looks like we have some more details on the handset.
It looks like the new One M9+ will be powered by an eight core MediaTek MT6795T processor the handset is also said to come with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of included storage.
Other specifications which are different than the One M9 include a fingerprint sensor and the handset may have a slight different camera on the back than the current model, although it is said to come with a 20 megapixel sensor.
The HTC One M9+ will also come with PowerVR Rogue graphics and the handset will feature a 5.2 inch display with a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the device will come with Android 5.0 Lollipop.
It looks like the design of the new HTC One M9+ will be almost identical to that of the One M9, apart from the larger display and the slightly different rear camera setup, The handset is expected to be available in the same colors, gold and silver and gunmetal gray.
The device will be announced in China next month, it is not clear as yet on whether the handset will only be sold in China or whether it will also launch in the US and Europe.
