Woot is the place that many geeks check constantly to see what the special of the day might be. If you want a tablet with something other than iOS or Android on it, the HP TouchPad is the deal you can grab right now. The only catch is that the deal is for a refurbished tablet.
I would wager in the instance of the TouchPad most of them were returned by people that just didn’t want the failed product. The 32GB refurb TouchPad sells for $219.99 and ships for another $5. The tablet has a 9.7-inch screen and WiFi.
Other features include WebOS 3.0, a 1.3MP webcam, and Bluetooth. The big downside to buying this tablet is that it was a massive sales failure. The fate of WebOS is far from clear, but the upside is you can put Android on it if you are geek enough.
