The new Google Nexus Player launched in the U.S. back in November, although when the device launched it wads only available to purchase direct from Google through the Google Play Store.
Now it looks like the Nexus Player is also available from other retailers, as the device has turned up on a number of retailers websites, including Newegg.
The Nexus Player is the first devices to run Google’s new Android TV platform, and it is available in the U.S. for $99.
The device is equipped with a quad core Intel Atom processor clocked at 1.8GHz and it also comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of included storage.
Other specifications on this Android TV set top box include WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI, an Imagination Power VR Series 6 graphics.
The Nexus Player is only available in the U.S. at the moment, we are still waiting to find out when Google will launch the device in the UK and the rest of Europe.
